Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI!

The Report was,
      "Justin was arrested in the early morning hours of Thursday (January 23) in Miami after he was stopped for drag racing his friend. He was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license after cops smelled alcohol on his breath.

At some point during his transport, he admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking beer, and taking prescription anti-depressants before getting behind the wheel that night."

UPDATE:
Justin appeared in court earlier in the day (January 23, 2014), where he showed off his tattooed arms, and received a bail sentencing of $2,500. He was let go.

What a dumb ass, he could have killed someone and he is smiling. He should still be in Jail in my opinion and really only $2,500 bail!

i don't like him either but he's only a kid so there's a 50% chance he's going to get a DUI charge - and it won't be his first & last DUI
